[Sài Gòn] On January 22, Golden Year 6 (2009), representatives from our Association presented Lunar New Year letters and gifts from Supreme Master Ching Hai to several famous Au Lac artists, at the Thiên Quốc Vegetarian Restaurant in Sài Gòn City. Invited guests included musician Thái An, actor/director Thanh Điền, actress Thanh Kim Huệ, actor Châu Thanh and the kind-hearted teacher of Kiên Giang province, Trần Văn Nhâm. After all the touching letters had been read to each artist, they felt that even though Master is such a great spiritual leader and has a lot of work to attend to, She is still so friendly and down-to-earth, just like a close relative. Artists Thanh Kim Huệ and Châu Thanh sang an excerpt from Master’s poem “Forget Me Not” in traditional Aulacese opera style for Master and the Supreme Master Television global viewers. The melodious and sweet expressiveness of their voices elevated the spirit of all in attendance with God’s love.

After that, our Association members visited Dr. Đặng Cát in Northern Âu Lạc, who greeted them warmly and in the course of their conversation said, “A true doctor should be like a loving mother.” Dr. Cát expressed his admiration for Master’s talent and selfless service to humanity. He hoped that She would continue working to save the planet, and bring joy and peace to the world in the Year of the Ox.
