[Kpalimé] On May 17, Golden Year 5 (2008), with
Master’s blessing, the Kpalime fellow initiates organized a
seminar on global warming in the town hall. Master’s works of
art and publications as well as a variety of vegetarian meats and
non-alcohol drinks were exhibited. There were cooking demonstrations
to show participants how to make tofu, gluten, milk and yogurt from
soy and wheat flour. The presentation began with an introduction of
Master and the Quan Yin Method to which the audience earnestly listened.
Then citing Master’s teachings and recommendations, reports
from the Food and Agriculture Organization and climate change publications,
the initiates discussed the causes and consequences of global warming
as well as solutions to the issue. After watching Master’s video
on global warming, the guests thanked our Association and Master for
giving them the opportunity to understand the crisis. Throughout the
day, the initiates also offered highly delicious and nourishing barbecued
soy meats, vegetarian sandwiches and soy milk to the people. They
thank Master for blessing the people of Togo and for the precious
opportunity to serve their compatriots.
