Supreme Master Ching Hai
Helps Young Boy Prodigy

An eight-year-old Indian boy, Aman Rehman, who excels at creating computer-generated animated films, received a congratulatory letter from Supreme Master Ching Hai on March 24, 2009. Master also offered the prodigy boy US$2,000 through the Tasmia All India Educational and Social Welfare Society to support his creativity and skill.

When Aman was just three-and-a-half years old, he designed his first animation program; since then, he has created more than 2,000 animated movies. He now teaches one evening a week at Dehra Dun's College of Interactive Arts, where he is also a student. His diligence and ingenuity has been rewarded with 10 years’ free education and a laptop computer given by the State Chief Minister. Last year, Aman was honored by the President of India, Her Excellency Shrimati Pratibha Devisingh Patil, who presented him with a “Proud Child” award.

The N.G.O. wrote a letter of appreciation to Supreme Master Ching Hai expressing their gratitude,

“ …Aman has accomplished a wonderful feat at this young age. He hails from a poor family. Your help of 2,000 US dollars along with the letter has been applauded… Your blessing will go a long way in wishing Aman Rehman at this tender age in a world wizard of Animation. On behalf of my organization and on behalf of people of Dehradun, I express our gratitude and greetings to your good self and we appreciate your virtual message of international brotherhood and many...”

Congratulations, Aman Rehman, on your wonderful achievement. We look forward to more of your creative works. We wish that all talented youngsters may thrive in supportive and loving environments.
