God Takes Care of the Relief Mission

In December, 2008, upon learning that some communities in Bolivia were affected by drought and hail storms, Supreme Master Ching Hai immediately sent US$15,000 for emergency supplies. Our Association members from the USA and South America quickly formed a relief team and traveled to Tacoloma and Cochabamba villages to distribute much-needed food and household items as well as SOS flyers, DVDs and Master’s sample booklets to the victims. It was the first time these villages had ever received support from any organization. People were excited to be given these relief bags full of Master’s love and care as if they were Christmas gifts.  The relief team met many wonderful people on the way who helped them
in their mission. For example, a gentleman on the airplane directed
them to Cochabamba Prefecture, one of the affected areas, where they
then came across Fernando Fernandez, who told them the difficulties
each community was experiencing. They were even lucky enough to find
a hotel where they were allowed to cook vegetarian food! All the team
members are very grateful for God’s perfect arrangement.
